Order Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you purchase a video package and decide to cancel your order, you must let us know at least 1 week, (7 days), in advance. We will refund your payment minus $100.00 to cover our transaction costs.

If you give us less than 7 days notice, we will refund half of your payment.

If you don’t call and don’t show up for your video shoot, we keep your payment. No refunds.
