How long is a video promo?

Normally between :30 and 1:30. Most people don’t have a long attention span, so you need to get your message across in that amount of time.

Can my video promo be longer than 1:30?

Sure, but we would have to create an estimate for you. If interested, just email us from our contact page.

What are motion graphics?

Motion graphics is text or graphics animated throughout the video next to the talent, or full screen. It makes the message more interesting and visually appealing. It comes standard with the Silver and Gold package, but not the Bronze.

Can you shoot video footage of me at a location of my choosing other than your studio?

Yes we can, however, this is not the normal thing we do or recommend, and we would have to create an estimate for you.

Can I use copyrighted music in my video?

No, unless, you have the legal rights to use it, and you can show documented paperwork.

Where is your studio located?

Our studio is located in Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

How do I order more DVDs?

Simply send a message to us through our contact page and we’ll get back to you asap.

I don’t have a paypal account. Can I use my credit card?

Of course! We accept all major credit cards. The checkout page will give you that option.

Can I put a 50% deposit down on a video package when ordering and pay the balance later?

Yes! We will accept a 50% deposit at the time of ordering, and the balance the day of your video shoot.

What is the turnaround time for my video after it’s taped?

Normal turnaround is 2 weeks, but we can do it sooner if needed.

Do I have to memorize my script?

For the $99 Video Promo yes, but not for our 1:30 one. For the longer promo you do need to familiarize yourself with it. If you can’t remember your lines, it’s OK. We write/shoot your script so we can easily feed your lines to you in case you can’t remember them.

I’m not that experienced with acting or being in front of a camera. I’m afraid I won’t look good. Can you help me?

Of course! We will help you one on one to get exactly what you need to look and sound fantastic. It’s our job to make you look your best.

Do you have a hair/makeup artist on staff?

Yes! However, this service is based on her availability. The cost is $60.

Is there parking at the studio?

Yes, there is plenty of free street parking.
